A Lu’au took place at Willamette University on April 16th. The event was to introduce Hawaiian culture. Many people came to the event. There were a lot of Hawaiian decorations which were made of leaves and flowers and goods. It was so cute and made them look like it was Hawaii. The food was good and the show was awesome. Everyone was fascinated deeply by the show which had the hula, samoan slap dance and fire dance. The hips of the hula members moved to form a circle. It was unbelievable and amazing. The Samoan slap dance was funny and very compelling. The fire dance was dangerous and exciting. But they could perform successfully without injury. Many people enjoyed a Lu’au because everything was fantastic.
